Mathew joined Relec Switchboards in November 1990 in the same year as finishing high school and started an apprenticeship, upon completion of the electrical trade apprenticeship he received his Electrical Contractors licence, Mathew then went on to complete the Advanced Diploma in Electrical Engineering, training on switchboard designs using AutoCAD. Mathew has been involved in all aspects of the company from production to design and is presently involved with design, production, estimating, industrial sales and management.
Jon has been in electrical industry since the mid-nineties serving as an apprentice for Delta electrical, a contracting company that was renowned for its variety of expertise and quality of workmanship. As a qualified electrical supervisor he has gained experience across a broad range of the electrical industry exuding a passion for quality and accuracy. Joining Relec in October of 2012, Jon is highly motivated and was able to adapt to switchboard manufacturing with a different perspective, having an intimate understanding of customer needs and a genuine drive to achieve the best for Relec customers. At the beginning of 2016 Jon took on the role of workshop manager and has continued to drive the strong family based culture that exists within Relec and looks forward to giving back to the industry by providing a high level of training and support to our motivated workforce.
Design and Drafting
After finishing his HSC in 2010, Will started his employment with Relec Switchboards as a Trades Assistant, showing great potential Will progressed & soon took on an Electrical Apprenticeship. Throughout his time with Relec Will has been involved with site works & switchboard modifications, assembly of Main Switchboards, Distribution Boards, Motor Control Centres & control panels. Will’s great attitude & ability to learn quickly has allowed him to be involved with design and development in the drawing office, and now as a Qualified Electrical Supervisor he fulfils the role of Design and Drafting Manager.

Sales and Estimating
A qualified electrician since 1970 with over 40 years in the electrical industry. During this time Ray has held senior positions in Sales & Estimating for companies manufacturing power distribution boards for the commercial & industrial markets both domestically & internationally.
Ray joined Relec Switchboards in 2012 with a wealth of experience which has been put to good use.

Brad commenced working at Relec in late 2010 immediately after completing his HSC. Starting off as a casual Trades Assistant he was soon offered fulltime employment, and then offered an Apprentice Electrician position, beginning his TAFE course in 2012.
During his apprenticeship, he expanded his skills and knowledge by working with his peers, undertaking tasks within Relec’s factory and working onsite during installation and retrofitting existing switchboards. In 2015, he had 6 months experience in the drawing office, learning to use AutoCAD for the design and drafting of Switchboards for production. Brad completed his Capstone at TAFE and become a Licensed Electrician in mid 2015.
In 2016 he was promoted to his current role of Site Works Manager and takes care of all of our onsite works. With this role Brad liaises with clients to ensure all work is carried out to their specifications and current Australian Standards. Brad shows amazing passion to help our customers with onsite solutions to modifying & maintaining existing installed switchboards.
